A proven entrepreneur and business development leader, Vincent has a diverse
20-year record of domestic and international experience in various industries,
including life sciences, electronics, contracting and consulting services. He has
hands-on experience in business investment initiatives from both the buy and sell
perspectives, including strategic planning, market research, finance, target valuation,
transaction negotiations, and change management. This expertise is complemented by a
rare combination of interdisciplinary operational experiences in marketing, product management, engineering, field service, and accounting, which creates a broad foundation for identifying opportunities and building value.

Vincent is currently the Managing Partner of Amplytude Partners, a professional consulting practice dedicated to maximizing long-term value in small businesses. He has particular strengths in succession transitions, business planning, and strategic marketing.

He currently serves as CFO/Treasurer and is a board member of Connecticut Combustion Corporation, a growing northeast specialty contracting business. He is also a member/partner of
Audio Engineering Services LLC, a nationwide professional electronics and media services company.

Vincent has recently conceptualized and designed a new electronic product for restaurant services and marketing, on which he holds pending US and international patents.

Prior to Amplytude, Vincent was a partner and investor in Kendro Laboratory Products, a $400 million premier manufacturer of life science products. As Director of Business Development, he led several successful transactions on both the buy and sell side. As eMarketing Manager, he designed and launched the Kendro millennium website, a database-driven multi-lingual site which acted as the primary tool for overall company image and market positioning, building value for a planned investment exit strategy. As Kendro’s Business Analyst, he was instrumental in strategic business planning and business performance analysis. Prior to Kendro, Vincent was Commercial & Finance Manager and a Product Manager for AMS/Neve, a former Siemens company and $50 million premier manufacturer of professional audio equipment. He also has technical experiences in applications engineering, product design, and field service.

Vincent holds a M.B.A. from Connecticut State University, a B.S. in electrical & systems engineering with a concentration in economics from the University of Connecticut, and an A.S. in electrical engineering technology from Waterbury State Technical College. He lives in western Connecticut with his wife Nancy and son Matthew.
